Two weeks ago I talked about the Dirty Dozen and the Clean 15 food lists and one of the vegetables with high pesticide residue is SPINACH. For this reason, I always make sure I get organic spinach. Nowadays, organic fruit and vegetables are more readily available in local supermarkets for only a little more when compared to non-organic vegetables and fruit.
We all know how important it is to have more fruit and vegetables in our diet. Dr Terry Wahls highlights in The Wahls Protocol that we need to have 3 cups of greens daily.
